Texas Omelet(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or bacon
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer sausage or bacon, cheese and bread in cake pan.
    Combine eggs, milk and spices; mix well.
    Pour liquid mixture over bread, cheese and meat.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
