Mexican Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice mix by R. M. Quiggs
    1 stick oleo
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexican corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Add oleo to hot rice.
    Add soup and Mexican corn to rice.
    Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
