Black-Eyed Peas And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot or mild)
    1 onion, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian-style tomatoes, diced
    chili powder to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and brown with chopped onion in large frying pan. Drain grease. Add black-eyed peas, tomatoes, chili powder and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
