Sicilian Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and garlic salt
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    8 thin slices ham
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine everything.
    Stir in meat; mix well.
    On wax paper, pat meat into a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
    Arrange ham slices on top of the meat.
    Leave a small margin around the edges.
    Sprinkle cheese over ham.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Seal edges and ends.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    During the last 5 minutes, place Velveeta cheese slices on top.
