Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf French bread or homemade bread
    1 pan corn bread
    1 1/2 (1 large or 2 small) onions
    green onions with tops
    2 c. celery
    1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients except broth, butter and eggs. Toss well.
    Add
    broth, butter and eggs.
    Mix well, but lightly. Should be
    very
    moist.
    Use
    to stuff neck and body cavities of turkey.
    Or for ease in preparation and serving, cook separately in a well-greased baking dish, 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Makes about 11 to 12 servings.
