Cream Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat from 1 cooked chicken, cut in large pieces
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. enchilada sauce
    1 c. half and half
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add green chilies, broth, sauce, half and half, cheese and chicken.
    Line casserole with uncooked tortillas. Alternate sauce and tortillas in layers.
    Let stand at least 2 hours before baking to improve flavors.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
    Freezes very well.
    Serves 8 to 10.
