Chicken Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family size pkg. chicken thighs
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken about 1 hour.
    When done, take out liquid and debone.
    Reserve liquid to cook 2 cups rice.
    Add celery, onion, soy sauce, Tabasco, Lipton onion soup mix, salt and pepper and cut up chicken.
    Cook until rice is done.
