Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 1/2 c. Quaker oats
8 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat margarine and all sugars until creamy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats and chips; mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes for chewy or 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
Cool completely. Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen.
