Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, sliced
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, sliced, cooked and drained
Preparation

In a skillet, melt butter and saute onion until tender.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Add potatoes.
Reduce to low heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
May add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and melt.
