Garlic Chicken(Taste - Strong) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cooking chicken
    2 full bulbs garlic
    2 to 3 c. bread stuffing (homemade or store bought)
    1 c. heavy cream or half and half
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
Preparation
    Thaw chicken completely.
    Discard organ pack.
    Wash.
    With chicken breast up, starting from back end, work fingers between skin and meat, separating enough for stuffing.
    Break up and peel 1 bulb garlic; put through garlic press and mince finely.
    Prepare stuffing per directions, using chicken broth for water needed and add 1/2 minced garlic (season to taste).
    Take other 1/2 of minced garlic and rub down chicken, inside and out, even under skin. Stuff chicken full with stuffing.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken on rack in baking dish; pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup chicken broth in bottom and 5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped.
    Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours until done.
