1/2 c. chopped almonds (if desired)
1/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c. ) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)
