Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped almonds (if desired)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c. ) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 18 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
