Homemade Salsa For Canning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 qt. tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    25 diced jalapenos (1 1/2 c. ground)*
    2 stalks celery
    2 sweet yellow peppers
    1/4 c. canning salt
    4 tsp. cumin
    4 to 5 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients (except tomatoes) in food processor. Pour into large stockpot.
    Cook to desired thickness.
    Pack into quart jars and can.
