Soy Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple in juice
1/4 c. Chun King soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour.
In large skillet, heat oil; brown chicken.
Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice.
Combine 1/2 cup juice, soy sauce, catsup and honey; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with raisins.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken and add pineapple slices.
Cover and simmer another 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Spoon sauce over chicken and pineapple when serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
