Mama'S Dressing(Hand Me Down Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crumbled cornbread
2 c. diced onion
2 c. diced celery
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage or to taste
1 tsp. dry rosemary (optional; if fresh rosemary you should use a bit more)
1 large (32 oz.) can Swanson chicken broth (approximately)
Preparation

The mixture should be mushy; if it isn't add a bit more broth. Saute the onion and celery until the onion is translucent and mush all ingredients together in large pot (using your hands, clean of course).
Grease and flour a big, deep sheet pan.
Pour mixture in or stuff your bird.
You can tell when it's done; a great deal of the moisture will be gone.
It should be semi-dry.
