Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. oleo
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
    Squash should be crisp.
    Drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots, squash and onion.
    Add salt to taste. Combine stuffing mix with melted oleo.
    Spread half the stuffing mix in the bottom of a 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture on top of stuffing.
    Sprinkle rest of stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
