Ingredients

6 to 8 slices reduced calorie Italian bread
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 medium chopped bell pepper
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 c. chopped, seeded tomato
1 small jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 small, thinly sliced zucchini
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. shredded skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Mix tomato sauce, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Spread sauce on top of bread.
Sprinkle cheese on top of sauce; arrange vegetables on top, then sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until done.
