Peg'S Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 to 4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    flour (enough to make 1 1/2-inch balls)
    2 c. more bread crumbs (to roll balls in)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and shred. Saute onions and celery in butter until tender; add to chicken.
    Also add bread crumbs, soup and enough flour to form into 1 1/2-inch croquette balls.
    Roll in remaining bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with sauce.
