Mexican Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn bread mix
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion in skillet until done.
    Mix corn bread mix, eggs, milk, peppers and 1/2 can of corn.
    Layer, as follows, in a greased 9-inch casserole:
    1/2 corn bread mixture, then meat and onion, cheese, 1/2 (the remaining) corn and then the remaining corn bread mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
