Date And Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) pitted dates, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Stir together water, oil, dates and vanilla.
In mixing bowl, combine flours, sugar, nuts and soda; add to date mixture.
Stir until flour is moistened.
Grease 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
