Steak Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (6 oz.) steak strips, dipped in cumin
1/2 c. green pepper chunks
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small can chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced thin
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. basil, oregano and marjoram
Preparation

Fry garlic until almost done.
Add meat and fry 2 minutes on first side, turn and sprinkle with Paul Prudhomme's seasoning. Cover with all vegetables.
Cover and cook about 20 minutes.
When vegetables have cooked down, add tomatoes.
Cook until hot.
Serve with rice.
