Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean beef cubes
    6 medium carrots, sliced
    1 large onion
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1 c. stewed tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup
    2 c. potatoes, quartered
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not uncover during baking!
