Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 medium green peppers, cut up
    2 or 3 medium tomatoes (ripe), cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat thoroughly in a small amount of oil.
    Cook until tender.
    Add onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add bouillon, soy sauce and garlic.
    Add green peppers.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes. Thicken slowly with cornstarch and water mixture.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Add tomatoes and heat through.
    Serve over cooked rice.
