Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix kraut, carrots, celery, green pepper, onion and pimento. In a jar or small bowl, combine sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
