Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 8 large potatoes
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits (optional)
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Cook and grate potatoes.
    Cook onions, chopped fine, and celery, chopped fine, in 1/4 cup oleo until brown.
    Add cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, bacon bits and salt to taste.
    Pour over grated potatoes.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake until heated through approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese after baked.
