Orange Marmalade Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat marmalade in a saucepan over low heat until liquified. Cool.
    Add egg, milk and shortening.
    Stir mixture into sifted dry ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
