Whole-Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. warm water
1/2 c. soft margarine or butter
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
6 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. white flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine margarine, molasses, honey and salt.
Mix well.
Add yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour.
Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth.
Place in greased bowl and let rise until double.
Punch down.
Let dough rest a few minutes.
Shape into 4 loaves.
Place in greased bread pans.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
