Broccoli-Nut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain. Add soup,
    mayonnaise
    and
    peanuts.
    Mix
    well.
    Add eggs and onion. Mix
    well.\tMelt
    butter
    and
    pour over bread crumbs. Pour broccoli
    mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
