Apple Dumplins(Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour (self-rising)
    milk
    Crisco
    apples
    cinnamon
    sugar
    butter
Preparation
    Make dough and roll out to about 1/4-inch thick. Spread finely chopped apples evenly over dough. Dot apples with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place in buttered pan. Pour 1/2 syrup over all slices. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned. Halfway through baking, repeat pouring syrup over dumplings. Serve warm.
