Teriyaki Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) beef top round steak, cut into 1-inch thick chunks
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    small, cut up pineapple
Preparation
    Prepare marinade; combine brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
    Stir in beef.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 hours, stirring often.
    Thirty minutes before serving, thread meat and pineapple on skewers.
    Broil 15 minutes.
