Italian Ham Pie(Makes Two Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 c. ham, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
1 large container cottage cheese (small curd)
frozen pie crust
Romano spaghetti cheese to taste (1 c.)
Preparation
- 
                            Beat eggs and stir in rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
After pies are done, take out of oven and brush on this mixture: 1 egg, beaten; mix into egg a dash of sugar and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
