Breckenridge (Colorado) Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. sharp reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. red onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. bacon bits
    3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar (May substitute 1 1/2 packets of Sweet & Low)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, cheese, onion and bacon bits.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Toss with broccoli mixture.
    Chill and serve.
