Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Red Star dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    3 1/2 to 4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water.
    In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, sugar and yeast/water mixture.
    Stir in remaining flour until you have a smooth dough.
    Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
