Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brownie mix (family size)
    2 c. xxxx sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. milk
    24 marshmallows, cut in half
Preparation
    Make cake-like brownies according to package.
    Place marshmallows, sticky side down, on top of brownies while still hot.
    Mix sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk.
    Pour this over marshmallows to make an icing.
