Perfect Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. day old bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs; pour over bread cubes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture in 8-inch round baking dish. Place in shallow pan on oven rack; pour hot water around it, 1 inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
