Fast And Easy Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 egg
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    9 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    2 heaping c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer 1 heaping cup of sauce, then 3 uncooked lasagne noodles, side by side. Spread 1/2 cheese and spinach mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with 3 remaining lasagne noodles and 1 cup sauce.
    Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top.
    Pour 3/4 cup of water around edges of pan. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand additional 15 minutes with foil before serving.
    If made ahead, add water just before baking.
