Low Calorie Italian Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz. each) cans V-8 low sodium cocktail vegetable juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Into small bowl or covered jar, measure all ingredients; stir with fork or cover and shake until well blended.
Cover; keep refrigerated.
Stir before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Per tablespoon: 5 calories and 5 mg sodium.
