Rhubarb Jello Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cherry, strawberry, or raspberry jello
Preparation
    In a saucepan over medium heat combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and dry jello.
    Stir until jello is dissolved.
    Set aside to cool.
