Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (not the kind with pudding in the mix)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dump undrained pineapple into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan (spread evenly and be sure to fill corners of pan).
Dump pie filling over pineapple and spread evenly.
Sprinkle dry cake mix on top, covering pie filling completely.
Drizzle melted butter over cake mix; sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned (approximately 1 hour); serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
