French Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans beef consomme
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans French onion soup
    1 pkg. long grain and brown rice (\"Mushroom Style\")
    1 c. plain, uncooked Uncle Ben's converted rice (not instant)
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole. Add beef consomme, French onion soup and seasoning from rice.
    Add plain rice, long grain and brown rice and mushrooms.
    Stir.
    Cook uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until all the water is absorbed. Serves 10 to 12.
    Easy to prepare.
