Lemon Sauce For Cakes And Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring or vanilla (depends on cake)
    nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add boiling water; cook until thick. Add butter, flavoring and nutmeg.
