Ayers Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    4 pieces bread, toasted
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    dash of sage
    dash of poultry seasoning
    1 egg
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    ketchup
Preparation
    Wet and crumble toast into large bowl with meat and all other ingredients.
    Form in pan.
    Spread ketchup over top.
    Pour 1/2-inch water into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
