Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or 2 slices white bread, crumbled
    6 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. onion
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in water.
    Cook onion in margarine until light brown.
    Mix meat, eggs and onion.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg.
    Add parsley.
    Roll into small balls; lightly flour.
    Cook until brown, about 20 minutes.
