Catfish Cove Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chopped cabbage
1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 large purple onion, chopped or 1 1/2 c.
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, celery seed and salt. Pour over slaw and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
