Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt, scant
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. warm milk
    4 c. Better for Bread white flour*
    3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening in saucepan with warm milk.
    Put in large mixer bowl; add yeast, eggs, sugar and salt.
    Mix.
    Add small amounts of flour to make soft dough.
    Remove beaters; add more flour until dough can be handled.
    Knead.
    Shape into rolls. Place in two Pam sprayed 9 X 13 pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Note:
    *May add potato flakes, mashed potatoes, or wheat germ as part of the flour.
