Sugar Cream Pie #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. whipping cream (don't whip)
    1 c. coffee cream
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Melt the 2 tablespoons butter and pour over filling.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 to 50 minutes more.
