Beulah'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box small elbow macaroni
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    2 c. tomato juice (more as needed)
    sliced Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Add magarine to hot macaroni and stir until melted.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Add tomato juice so that it just barely covers macaroni.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven until tomato juice is heated through.
    Add sliced Cheddar cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
    Stir well.
