Meat Balls In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the ground chuck, bread, egg, 1/2 package onion soup mix, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic thoroughly.
    Make into small balls. Brown lightly in margarine.
    Place in baking dish. Cover with the sour cream mixed with the remaining 1/2 package soup mix. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
