Mexican Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1 lb. ground sausage
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    8 oz. grated Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sour cream until frothy.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until soft-set (5 to 7 minutes).
    Spoon taco sauce over egg mixture.
