Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 c. boiled shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
3 large eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 lb. Swiss cheese
dash of Tabasco
lemon pepper to taste
minced parsley
Preparation

Prebake pie shell 10 minutes.
Mix together the other ingredients; place in pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
