Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of potato soup
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 c. sharp Cheddar
    1 stick butter
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter and put in well-greased casserole pan. Cut butter into chunks and place on top of mixture. Bake for 1 hour in 300\u00b0 oven.
